The bill (Reg. No. 5031) regulates organization and activity of the National Anti-Corruption Investigation Bureau of Ukraine a state-run law-enforcement body in charge of corruption counteraction.

Primary functions of the newly-established National Anti-Corruption Investigation Bureau of Ukraine is inquest and pre-trial inquiry on the criminal cases in its jurisdiction; investigative work.
